Patrick Wong is a Canadian artist and illustrator who graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2013 with a B.F.A. in Visual Arts, with a concentration in Drawing and Illustration. His professional practice spans editorial and commercial illustration, publishing, licensing, concept art, graphic narrative, and art toys.

Wong has worked professionally across editorial illustration, commercial illustration, publishing, advertising, stock imagery, and concept art. His professional illustration work has included projects for The Sunday Times (UK), March of Dimes, Netease, TransLink, and other commercial and editorial clients, as well as work appearing through Getty Images and Pearson Education.

In a full-time concept-artist role, Wong worked extensively with licensed intellectual properties, including: South Park, Die Hard, Godzilla, Peanuts, Cuphead, Candyman, Godzilla vs. Kong, Monstercat, Jean-Michel Basquiat, The Witcher, Beeple, Sea of Thieves, Back to the Future, Bob's Burgers, Street Fighter, and Five Nights at Freddy's.

His work has received recognition from American Illustration, the Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, Applied Arts Magazine, Creative Quarterly: The Journal of Art and Design, the Platform Comics Short Story Competition, and the Center for Plain Language. His artwork has been exhibited in galleries and group exhibitions in Vancouver, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, London, Miami, and elsewhere.

Wong's graphic narrative work has been published in comics anthologies including Late Fees (Oneshi Press, 2025), Swan Song (Shaman Hop, Cloudscape Comics), and other anthology projects. His broader art practice includes extensive exhibition work in designer toys, comics, illustration, and contemporary and popular-culture art.
